Tradeflame Aluminium Brazing and Welding Rods are made from 4043. 4043 Aluminium is one of the most widely used welding and brazing alloys. 4043 Aluminium can be classed as purpose type filler alloy.

The silicon additions to the alloy result in improved fluidity (wetting action) to make the alloy a preferred choice.

This alloy is less sensitive to cracking and produces brighter, almost smut free joints.

Ideal use for soldering aluminium windows, doors, joints, aluminium boats, gutters, aluminium motor casings and zinc based casings.
